How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Algo Mind account and all associated data, please send an email to:

Email: support@algomind.app

Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Algo Mind" and the email address associated with your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete the following data within 30 days:

Data That Will Be Deleted

Account information — email address, display name, authentication credentials
Learning progress — completed exercises, topic progress, XP and streaks
User preferences — bookmarks, dark mode settings, app preferences
Subscription status — subscription records (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store)

Data That May Be Retained

Anonymized analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for app improvement purposes
Payment records — transaction history is managed by Google Play / App Store and is subject to their data retention policies

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your learning progress, XP, streaks, and bookmarks will be permanently lost. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play or the App Store before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
